Tara N. Howe

Tara N. Howe, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Minnesota State University and holds a Master Degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Ms. Howe’s clinical expertise involves providing psychotherapy to adults, couples and families. She has worked in healthcare and acute psychiatric settings involving addiction, crisis, trauma, life-changing illnesses in addition to grief and loss. Tara brings a Trauma Informed Care approach to her use of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and person centered therapy.
