Amanda Ramos
Amanda Ramos, LCSW – QS, CCM is a licensed clinical social worker and certified case manager who earned her Masters degree in social work from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Amanda has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry helping individuals and families cope with life-changing illnesses. She has supervised graduate-level social work interns from several universities and held leadership/supervisor roles for most her of her career.
She is fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques to help patients process traumatic memories. She also uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and person centered therapy to help people manage their mental health and promote emotional well-being. She works with individuals facing matters such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and grief.
