Ivan Mazzorana Jr., MD is a Board Certified Adult and Geriatric psychiatrist and a member of both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Mazzorana completed his residency training at St. Vincent’s Hospital, in Staten Island, New York, where he was Chief Resident.  Upon completing his training in New York, Dr. Mazzorana relocated to Florida and furthered his education by subspecializing in geriatric psychiatry, at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Mazzorana holds several positions of distinction in our community. He is the Chief Medical Officer at Park Royal Hospital, and director of the ECT service. Dr. Mazzorana provides care to the elderly population, in many facilities throughout our community. Over the past 15+ years, Dr. Mazzorana has served the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Probate Division, as a forensic examiner, providing capacity evaluations. In 2014, Dr. Mazzorana was bestowed the honor of Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. This status reflects many years of dedication and contribution to the practice and field of psychiatry. 

Karen Brasile, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and Illinois.  She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago. Mrs. Brasile has worked as a School Social Worker, taught Psychology classes at the college level and was Director/Supervisor of the Social Work staff of a multi-facility Behavioral Treatment Program in the Chicago area.  Mrs. Brasile has also spent several years practicing in a clinical setting which included working with the geriatric population.

Karen Greer Woods, MSN, PMHNP-BC is an advanced registered nurse practitioner, who earned her MSN degree and post master’s advanced gerontological nursing specialty from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. USA’s College of Nursing distinguished her clinical skills by bestowing the Excellence in Practice Award. She is ANCC board certified as an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and she has been practicing in Fort Myers since 2009. Her memberships include the National Conference of Geriatric Nurse Practitioners, the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. 

Patricia Coccoma, Ed.D, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her MSW in New York and her Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology in Florida. Her clinical experience is providing psychotherapy to adults, couples and families. She utilizes  the modalities of Cognitive Behavioral  and Solution Focused Therapy. She is also competent in Trauma Informed Care practice approach with individuals who have or are experiencing trauma. She is a recent co-author of Trauma Informed Care: How Neuroscience Influences Practice as well as several scholarly journal articles.


Angela Monterosso, ARNP, Ed.D is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, board certified (ANCC) advanced practice nurse  adult psychiatric and mental health nursing. Bringing 24 years of experience as a practitioner and has held positions of distinction as hospital administrator, clinical educator and nurse practitioner, in New England and Florida. Education and training: Doctorate in Health Education from Columbia University and Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Saint Joseph.  Past President Sigma Theta Tau. Angela Monterosso, ARNP has specialized training in trauma, women’s issues (certified forensic examiner/DBT) , addictions (Rutgers) , and a passion for the care of individuals with developmental disorders .   She is committed to compassionate care. 

Jeanette Bevilacqua, ARNP, Ed.D. is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in Family Systems, Cognitive/Behavioral and Holistic Mind-Body therapies, especially BodyTalk. She has a special interest in working with individuals with complex medical issues, especially breast cancer; LGBT concerns, especially transgender; and sexuality and body image challenges and education. Dr. Bevilacqua holds a Doctorate in Education from Nova University and advanced degrees from New York University and Columbia University preparing for her academic career in teaching at University of South Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University. She has conducted a variety of seminars both locally and internationally.

Susan Cobb, LCSW CAP is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction’s Professional in the State of Florida. Ms. Cobb received her undergraduate degree from Kane University, in New Jersey and her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families from Barry University in Miami, FL. She has been a teacher, counselor, psychotherapist and director of many programs in schools, the workplace (EAP), and behavioral health hospitals. Ms. Cobb is very passionate and skilled in the different therapies. This allows her the ability to offer patients a range of treatment options. Some modalities of therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Grief Solution Focused Therapy. Ms. Cobb is a member of The National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Beckie Esoldo, ARNP, BC is an ANCC certified adult mental health nurse practitioner. She treats individuals with anxiety and mood disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy, She also counsels those experiencing grief/loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and trauma. She has been practicing in Southwest Florida since 2006. Beckie earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Virginia and her Master's degree as an adult mental health nurse practitioner at the University of South Florida. She has a nursing background in hospice, long term care, and community health. She is dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their goals in treatment with empathy and compassion.

Shannon Bradley, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University. Ms. Bradley is experienced in working individually with adults, as well as with couples and families, in various setings including inpatient hospital and outpatient treatment programs. She utilizes a primarily Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy, incorporating Solution Focused therapy and Mindfulness practice, to assist individuals in understanding themselves and managing their emotional distress. Through maintaining a focus on the natural strengths and abilities of the individual, Ms. Bradley assists her clients to meet their personal recovery goals by overcoming life changes, relationship problems, grief, and trauma.
